Experiment with ‘FAST TRACK COURTS’
Don’t U think; their performance is; impressive; economical (the total cost incurred depends on the time spent on each case – more delay means more expenditure – all of us; know about; criminal/civil cases; pending for over 2 decades; you can imagine the cost to public exchequer; fast disposal means; lowest cost per case disposed); yet the center wants to shut them down?
They should be allowed to function/re-established to deal with & all cases of national importance; like corruption cases against public servants; MPs; MLAs; corporate houses & VIPs; female foeticide etc.? They should be tried & settled say with in 3 months (feasible by following the methods shown by S J Kamini Lau – Delhi & Justice Mehrotra UP – works expands to fill the time available) to clear them of the charges or punish them? In all cases the benefits gained by accused should be withdrawn; by confiscating the properties in addition to penalities/Imprisonment?

Prove beyond doubt; that even present justice system can be fast tracked?
This will help to cleanse our political parties of undesirable people & public administration of undesirable public servants?
Our assumption that both bribe giver and taker are equally guilty at all times; needs rethinking (bribe taker is in an authoritative position to harass & force the bribe giver – like a blackmailer to discharge his duties)? Only when bribe giver forces the bribe taker to do his work at the cost of other beneficiaries; then only; both of them are equally guilty and both of them; otherwise; only bribe taker be punished? Benefits gained; with drawn and exemplary penalties imposed; to send the message “corruption does not pay in long run”?
Whistle blowers should be protected & awarded as national heroes?
Having responsible people with accountability at all levels makes our nation prosperous & safe?
