Sick political system – NGOs – Politicians

Sick People need both medicine and good food? So does sick political system needs both civil activists to administer medicines (civil agitations) and good politicians to nurse them? We can’t overlook one for other? Anna is the doctor and Aravind is to look after nursing staff? We can’t wish away any of them? What is needed is good co-ordination between them?
